Equine Writing Instruments Corp., formerly known as Writing Enterprise Co., Ltd., were established in 1983 and have been in the business of stylish metal writing instruments since the company were established.

Our product range includes ballpoint pen, roller ball pen, fountain pen and mechanical pencil. Quality and unique design are the foundation of our pens. Our main market are Europe, America and Japan.

Our concept is to offer our clients quality products at reasonable prices, on-time delivery and considerate service. We consider these three elements as a package supplied to clients. Meantime, continuously developing new products assure us always provide our clients with fresh idea which enhance our competition advantage. Just an example for your information. In year 2002, we created a brand new product-Multi LED Light PEN (Model No.90013M) which has led a new trend of its kind and made competitors followers.

In April 2007, we launched a brand new item - Triangle & Square aluminum alloy pen with magnetic cap & spring clip which is patented. We believe that it will create another new trend soon.

Company History :

1983 Established in Taipei in the name of Writing Enterprise Co., Ltd.
1987 Set up a factory in Chung Ho city, Taipei County
1989 Moved to the present location in Yung Ho city, Taipei County as a combination of office and factory.
1990 Started new products developing project and ODM business.
Created own brand name "EQUINE"
1991 Joined Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), U.S.A.
Joined Gift and Stationery Trade Association (GASTA), Taiwan
1998 Acquired ISO 9002 Certification
Joined Good Design Association (GDA), Taiwan
1999 Joined WAGE (World Advertising Gift Exchange) as an official supplier member
Changed company's name to Equine Writing Instruments Corp.
2001 Created a brand new web-site at http://www.pen.com.tw/
Created a new brand name "PENTURA"
2002 Launched brand new Multi LED Light Pen with 7 different light colors plus auto running
2004 Set up a factory in Ningbo, China
2007 Launched brand new Triangle & Square "Aluminum alloy pen with magnetic cap & spring clip"
